Questions - Smoked Wild Salmon

(1) What type of salmon is your smoked salmon made from?

• Our smoked salmon is made from wild caught, Sockeye salmon.  We send our salmon to a near by smoke house to have it made into this premium smoked snack.

• Refrigerated between 32-40 degrees, it is recommended to be eaten within 5 days from the day your shipment arrives.  It can be frozen within 24 hrs from arrival and it keeps well for 2-3 months in the freezer.
